Next I switch to a sanding disk on the rotary tool and sand around all the edges. After the main sand I then switch to a very small engraving/sanding bit to do the really tight corners.

After the sanding with the rotary tool next up is...... more sanding this is the very worst bit as it has to be done by hand. The sanding disks on the rotary tool are far too coarse for a good finish so I go around the edges with a 240grit, then a 800 grit wet and dry (quickly when dry then a really thorough once over wet)
